27 de febrero de 2017, 00:30Teheran, Feb 27 (Prensa Latina) Iran has reiterated its willingness to continue diplomatic efforts to solve the crisis in Syria and put an end to the armed siege on the towns of Al-Fuah and Kafriya, while it condemned the double terrorist attack in Homs.

The Iranian Foreign Deputy Minister for Arab and African Affairs, Hossein Jaberi Ansari, told Hussein Ragheb al-Hussein, a Syrian deputy visiting Teheran, that Iran feels as its own the sufferings of that nation.

‘That’s why we’ll continue diplomatic talks to diminish its pain, especially in the blocked towns of Al-Fuah and Kafriya’, Jaberi told al-Hussein who is also the deputy chief of the Commission for the Syrian National Dialogue.

Both towns are in the Syrian province of Idleb, and were sieged on the wake of a terrorist assault on the provincial capital on March 28, 2015.

Iran’s Foreign Ministry harshly condemned Sunday the double terrorist attack in Homs that left 42 dead. The terrorist group Jabhat Fatah al-Sham, known before as Al-Nusra Front, claimed responsibility for the two bomb attacks.
